The Monthly Subscription allows you to adjust number of licensed users on a monthly basis. This approach offers full flexibility. The Annual Subscription offers you a discount for your commitment. When Annual subscription begins, the number of users at this point defines the baseline used to set the Annual subscription fee. Any increase of users, adding to the baseline, during the subscription period will be invoiced for the remaining subscription period. Increase of users is monitored on monthly basis. Upon renewal of the Annual subscription the baseline may be adjusted looking at the (new) number of users.
Premium, Essential and Device Users count, no matter if they are used by employees, devices, integrations og external consultants. Team members do not count, and non-activated full users do not count either.
