What does it cost?
Here you will find the prices of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the on-premise version Dynamics NAV. You get the list prices on the base versions from Microsoft – but also the all-inclusive prices on the Abakion App Bundle
.
All prices are per user, per month, VAT not included.
In some areas the use prices gets cheaper the more users you sign up for. There may also be other dependencies, combinations and option. So, inquire if you don’t find what you need.

Pricing of Abakion App Bundle
You would like to have a standardized solution which is easy to maintain … but also supports all your special business needs.
That can be combined.
With the App Bundle you get a Dynamics 365 (or NAV) with no need of developing customizations. The business processes and needs that used to require developing can now be supported only by the apps in the Abakion 365 bundle. Read more about our App Bundle
Choose from 3 bundles:
- Standard Edition is the package solution for small companies looking for a standardized, subscription-based solution to support their simple business needs.
- Business Edition is the package solution with additional apps and business intelligence, designed to fit the needs of most mid-sized companies.
- Enterprise Edition is the complete solution with all available apps for the company with advanced Supply Chain Management needs.
Calculate your business case

The traditional pricing model begins with you having to buy a licence and pay for an implementation project along with a host of customizations.
Then you have to pay a subscription for access to new versions of the licence, and then there’s ongoing consulting services and some larger projects when the solution needs to be upgraded to new versions.
The new pricing model does not entail a licence purchase to begin with, and the implementation project has a fixed price that is significantly lower than traditional pricing because we do not need to customize the solution.
The implementation project also includes Change Management, a description of your business processes – and consultation in this regard. And it is all included in the package price.
Then there is a monthly subscription fee per user, and a subscription for upgrading your solution every 3 months – without needing to do anything special. There are no upgrade projects.
It ends up being much cheaper for most customers
