Edit cases in Outlook
When you receive an email, for example, Abakion Legal will locate by itself the cases that the email relates to. You can open a case and view key case details such as outstanding time and amounts. And you can open it in a bigger window to see lots of detail. You can also edit cases and contacts directly in the right-hand pane of Outlook. And you can open the case card and access all features while working on the case.
One user-friendly system
When using features of Abakion Legal from Outlook, you might open a screenshot in the ERP solution, or in the document solution, or in a completely different solution.
But you won’t notice that you are jumping between different solutions. This is an advantage of Microsoft’s strategy that all solutions must fit together and have similar user interfaces.
Without realizing it, you are using the ERP system, but it is just as easy as using Outlook.
And you don’t need to log in and out of different systems and keep track of what you are doing where. Everything you as a lawyer need is accessible in Outlook.
