The signature process in steps

esignatur also helps you meet security and compliance requirements such as data protection and AML regulations. All documents signed with esignatur contain a digital confirmation of each signature.

1. From a matter card in Abakion Legal, select send documents with esignatur.

2. Select your documents and signatories and send the order.

3. Select esignatur orders in the Role Center to view ongoing orders. In the overview you can follow the status and see when the document has been signed.

4. When everyone has signed, you can download the signed document to the matter card.
